HUNGR is a community food-sharing platform for the UK. We help neighbours share surplus food that would otherwise go to waste, so good food reaches people who can use it.
Our mission
Too much good food ends up in bins while people nearby could use it. HUNGR makes it simple to list food you don't need, find food close to home and arrange a collection, safely and respectfully.
Community sharing is free
Nobody pays to give food and nobody pays to claim it. Food shared on HUNGR is always free.
No means testing, no stigma
You never have to explain why you want food. Receiving food should feel as ordinary as giving it.
Everyone gives and receives
We don't divide people into donors and recipients. Neighbours help neighbours, both ways.

HUNGR Pro offers commercial food-waste tools to organisations. That keeps community sharing free for everyone.
